Share My Health Data 5.3.2

If you track your health using a device or mobile app, you can now securely share your data with your VA care team using the VA’s Share My Health Data app.

Examples of devices you can use to share data include popular fitness trackers like Fitbit, Garmin, and Apple Watch, as well as Bluetooth-enabled devices like weight scales and Accu-Chek glucometers. You can also sync data from compatible mobile apps such as Apple Health, Google Fit, and more within the Share My Health Data app.

Remember to inform your provider that you are utilizing the Share My Health Data app to share your health data with them.
